Our latest acquisition in Dreispitz is also one of our most historic buildings. The 110-year-old warehouse at Reinacherstrasse 101 in Basel has been transformed into a versatile commercial property with an urban feel. Today, around 2,000 m² of floor space accommodates seven tenants – encompassing modern sports facilities, storage solutions and commercial ventures. Despite the modernisation measures, the original structure of the hall has been preserved to give the property its special charm, while the fit-out meets today’s requirements to ensure a versatile commercial premises.
